At Retailssup, we want to make your shopping experience seamless from checkout to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what you can expect throughout the delivery process.
1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. If we expand our shipping regions in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders ship for free, regardless of size or weight.
- No Hidden Fees: All prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes and fees. There are no additional shipping charges.
3. Order Processing & Business Hours
- Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Order Cut‑Off: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
- Processing Time: We take 1 to 3 business days to verify your order, perform quality checks, and prepare your items for shipment.
- Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Carriers Used: We ship with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and product type.
- Transit Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
- Total Estimated Delivery: From the time you place your order to the time you receive it, the total timeframe is usually 4–7 business days (processing + shipping).
- Special Cases: Oversized or high‑value items may require additional processing time or special carrier services. If this applies to your order, we will notify you promptly.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–72 hours after your order ships. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
6. Delays & Exceptions
We do our best to deliver orders on time, but occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High‑volume periods (e.g., holidays)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Remote or hard‑to‑reach locations
If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Retailssup is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at support@retailsuply.com so we can assist you in filing a claim.
